Welcome!

What We Do

Project Lipstick, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides total mind and body make-overs for residents of women's shelters to assist in self-esteem development and career placement in conjunction with collecting and distributing beauty products.

Whether we're preparing a woman for a job interview or simply helping her to feel beautiful for the first time in her life, our mission is to aid in the transformation of the lives of these women by providing the necessary components to being placed in the work force and by bringing the joy and confidence that comes from looking and feeling good.

Included in our total mind and body make-overs are self-esteem seminars, make-overs, tutorials on resume writing, building interview skills, learning the art of the job hunt, one-on-one life consulting, personal care education, beauty product distribution and much more.

“Project Lipstick lets people know they
can do whatever they want to if they           “Project Lipstick is amazing! The women
try hard and don’t give up.”                              were really looking forward to the event and
-Amanda                                                              had a great time. The activities you provide
regain our residents' confidence and keep
them moving forward.Thank you so much!"

–Anabella Escobar, Program Director of Safe Horizons

"I've never felt as beautiful as I do now."

-Ashley

"Thank you so much for visiting us. We appreciate all that you have
done for us. You made us feel like other people care about us,
when we feel so down and unappreciated. Project Lipstick showed
                          up for me and my
new life began."

Fan Tip of the Week
This week's tip comes from:
Lydia H.
"Instead of heavy foundations and powders, try a tinted moisturizer. I use Aveeno Tinited Moisturizer with SPF 15. It gives a little coverage, but still looks natural. Plus, it has tiny crystals in it for a little glow."
